Members-at-Large Members-at-Large of the General Assembly are elected by the General Assembly based upon their service to IUTAM. Proposals, by members of the General Assembly with voting rights, for Members-at-Large must be received by the Bureau at least three months before the meeting of the General Assembly at which proposals are to be considered, normally during the International Congresses of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (ICTAM).
